How long do the scented candles burn?
Our candles have a minimum burn time of 50 hours, depending on the room, air circulation and how long the candle burns each time.
What wax are your candles made of?
Our candles are made from a premium blend of coconut and rapeseed wax. This natural wax ensures a clean and even burn and is paraffin-free.
Where do the scents come from?
Our fragrances are developed with high-quality perfume oils from Grasse, France, known worldwide as the perfume capital.
Are your candles paraffin-free?
Yes. All our candles are paraffin-free and are made with a high-quality vegetable wax blend.

How do I get the most out of my scented candle?
For an optimal burning experience, we recommend:
- Let the candle burn for the first time until the entire top layer of wax has melted
- Trim the wick regularly to about 5 mm
- Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface

How strong is the candle's scent?
Our candles are designed to create a subtle but long-lasting fragrance that elegantly fills a room. Thanks to the high-quality perfume fragrances, a truly luxurious scent experience is created, rather than a superficial one.

How do I place an order?
Select your desired product, choose gift wrapping if applicable, and click "Add to cart". You can then complete your order through the checkout.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to change it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

No, you can also place an order without an account.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 per order.
For orders over €75, we cover the shipping costs and shipping is free. -
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace link

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the Netherlands.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days.

How do I request a return?
Please contact our customer service with your order number. We will gladly help you with the return procedure.

Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few working days via the original payment method.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes, you can choose between 2 sizes of luxury gift wrapping during the ordering process.

What is the difference between the small and large gift wrapping?
The small packaging is suitable for one candle, while the large packaging is ideal for multiple items (maximum 4).
